| Now that the tour is done I wonder what Frank Black plans to do next? I know that a new album is coming out soon and that he'll want to spend time with family. But what are his plans for the new year? |

Holy shit dyper dude, what gave you that impression? I would love to see the catholics again. I was listening to the catholics bootleg show from Malmo recently and hadn't listened to it for a while. Damn that show should be released as a record. The sound they produced that night and many other nights was amazing.

While the Catholics were an amazing, tight, kickass band, the love just wasn't there for Frank and neither's the money-making potential of a reunion, unlike the Pixies' reunion.
Sam, that Malmo gig is one of many fabulous boots from those guys. Sigh.

| I know Kathyrn i have some beauties, but that one for some reason is particularly kick ass. The choice of songs from fiddle riddle all countrified, then oddballs with pedal steel. Dog gone with some of the most awesome keys playing. Also the start of hermaphraditos which sounds like just jamming but then explodes in the song. Truly fantastic. With most other bands i'm not really a bootleg person but whther its Frank solo or with the catholics / FB expierience whatever it is really such audio treat. |

Hint Drop:
Create a Super Band with John Doe as the other load vocalist, a-la The Racontuers.
John Doe joined FB for a couple songs (I Need Peace, 666) when they toured together, and their voices sounded amazing together.
Super Bands are all the rage! New Pornographers, Raconteurs....uh Audioslave....
