| I think Richards was just really mad about being interrupted. He made racist comments not because he is racist, but because he was trying to attack the hecklers via offending them. I'm sure if homosexual did the heckling, Richards would have been making homophobic comments. |

I wish there was footage of what the hecklers were saying. If it was something offensive (well, more offensive than just heckling), i can understand the situation getting out of hand. But since the guy is saying in the video "i'm a fan" i'm assuming (and this could be totally bogus) that the guy was trying too hard to be a part of the act. You know, like...
Richards: So i was in McDonalds yesterday...
Heckler: I love McDonalds!
Richards: ...and i ordered a Big Mac and fries...
Heckler: Big Macs are the best!
Granted, that is annoying, but as others have said, you need a thick skin to be a standup, and no matter what, racial slurs are not cool.
