This is an awesome post, because I seriously doubt that there's anyone in the world who wouldn't include at least one of these things in their top 200.

I like pissing the neighbours off. That's a sweet drum kit. How much does it cost? I've seen some of those electric ones go for like $2,000

Did I win yet?

It cost £1600 when I bought it back in Feb 2005. Unfortunetly Roland has got a Patent on the mesh heads for the triggers so they can absoloutely fleece you on the price. Still as far as I'm concerned it was worth every penny.

I got my Sound Percussion drum set (Hi-hat, snare, bass drum, med. tom, floor tom, and ride) for really cheap (I think $200) but it's terrible. I bought a Sabian crash cymbal which is about the only thing that works good. The ride sounds like crap, the snare rings too much so I had to muffle it with a playing card, and the hi-hat flips inside out if you press too hard. I've played those electric ones at a music store, but never thought about buying one. Too expensive, for me at least.

Advanced medical equipment, I suppose, but for frivolous stuff:

Books (Incl. magazines, comics, etc.), musical instuments, computers, CDs and and DVDs and their players, etc. All the obvious stuff!
