Nice to see Imogen still hasn't learnt her lesson. Those boyos, when will they learn.

Imogen, Lisa, Mikey and Nikki are all up. I'd say Lisa will probably go.

Nikki pisses me off more than anyone. It's not just the tantrums but the tiniest things she says or does just aggrivate me.
I've not been watching it as much recently (because of the football and stuff) but Lea is starting to aggrivate me too. Does she ever talk about anything other than sex? I really do feel sorry for her son (who is 13 years old, I believe). I bet he's having a great time at school, not embarassing at all!
And why wont she just leave Pete alone!?

Even Pete is getting boring now.

I think they should just send in some alcohol. Lots of alcohol. And start a fight!

The only problem with Pete is that he has nobody he can relate to, nobody to play off. I think he's extremely bored, as you would be.

I am not watching it much now either with the football being on. I bet it has caused a few divorces already that one - BB or football!

I just don't understand why the makers of BB don't make more of an effort to make it more entertaining. It's been exactly the same since BB1. Why don't they just make random announcements to the house saying things like "This is Big Brother. Nikki, if the wind changes your face will stay like that." Why not?! You've got 12 or so freaks to play with, don't just sit there!

OR, send in 5 new housemates to live in the secret 'house next door' like they are next Friday. Should be very interesting.

Ha, and one current housemate to go in with them.......I think I'd vote for Lea to go in. Do you think there will be two evictions the following week?

I have no idea how many will go the following week. Just when I thought it was becoming boring and predictable this happens!

Will the other housemates be led to believe that the one chosen to live in the new house been evicted?
I'm not sure who I want to move house really, maybe Nikki, since it would be kinda fun to see her annoy a whole new group of housemates aswell as the ones in there now.

I like their idea for Friday. I think the other housemates will be led to believe the housemate has been evicted.

They needed to do this really, both because it needed livening up, and because they were ahead of schedule with regards people leaving.

Carl, too right it gets my vote.

I've just been told that Aisleyne or Suzie will be the one voted into the new house. Perhaps not the most exciting of housemates to be put in this situation but it should still be quite entertaining on Friday.

I think this secret house is a shitty idea.
It annoys me when they constantly introduce new housemates because I cant be arsed deciding whether I like them or not. I cant be arsed getting to 'know' them. There's enough housemates, dont complicate things! Like that secret garden shit last year with Eugene, Kinga and Orlaith. Who gave a fuck about that? Not me!

I thought Eugene was pretty entertaining actually and didn't he end up with £50,000?
Actually, Kinga's first words in the house were pretty funny too, for no apparent reason looking in the mirror saying "Ooo me minge!".

This series is getting fair boring though so it needs something to shake things up a bit. This new house should make it more exciting if only for a while.

It bores me so much when they show Glyn and Imogen's Welsh conversations. It seems BB only shows them to prove that they can crack their mysterious Welsh code, rather than showing it because it might actually be interesting. Well done BB, nothing gets past you mate, now move the camera a little bit to the left so that I can watch those two flies fucking.

Endemol are clutching at straws. All of their gimmick "twists" lose their legs as soon as they are announced. The "house next door" is a rehashing of the "secret garden" from last year. The whole production looks like it's being made by airhead students. With the stipulation of the remaining housemate that Aislyene (or whatever) doesn't pick going in to the main house, they have shot themselves in the foot. They have added a shit twist for the sake of one shot of Aislyene looking shocked, and the new housemate will be the crappest one. The fact that Glyn is supposedly the most intelligent housemate (or the one with the highest IQ or something) demonstrates how bollocks BB has become. A year with Victor vs Nasty Nick would be worth watching. A few months of retard-on-retard bitch-fests is borderline pornography, and an upsetting example of how UK television is dumbing down the kids of today.

lol w00t wtf nikki's tantrums are sooo funny. She is a vacuous, self-centred tart. And now a celebrity. I only watch Big Brother occasionally now, and just for the "car crash" quality that it has. Where's leroy?

I wrote an email to them the other day to complain about their website. If you're interested it's here: http://www.denvergary.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/bigbrother.txt

I still watch it. Most of the television I watch is my Two Minutes Hate. And I love it.

I don't really have an opinion on any of the new housemates yet, except for that stupid, loud, fat woman (I forget her name) who I don't quite hate but have a strong dislike for.

Nice twist that the 4 of them that Aisleyne evicts will be let into the main house.

I'd be interested to know if anybody on the board has ever voted for the evictions and whatnot. I've never bothered, by the way. But I have a vague memory of trying to get friends of mine to pay to keep Victor in. If it was free I don't think I'd vote this year.

Fair enough but it was boring anyway. They might aswell do something to mix things up a bit.

I thought the 4 people she evicts all go in the house. Anyway, how is it shooting themselves in the foot? Like I said, it was getting boring so why not just add some more people anyway?

Yes, Victor and Nasty Nick were entertaining and great to watch.

I'm not sure it's dumbing down the kids of today that much. Most are able to realise that it's just a television programme full of wannabe celebrity losers. Any kid who takes it seriously and sees these people as idols or people to look up to is dumb to begin with in my opinion but I understand your concern.

Most stuff in your email is relevent (it aggrivates me SO MUCH when people say "up for nomination" ARGHH). I agree with your point about the swearing too. Why they put that in when they get exactly the same message across without it is beyond me.

It seems Victor is your favourite housemate. Me too.
I liked him because even thought he took the show seriously he understood that it was just pantomime which allowed him to do his 'gangsta' style act but in jest so that it was funny to watch. I think I might have voted for him actually but I've never voted since then. Like you, I wouldn't even vote if it was free this year.

The only other thing that I can say is that you may think about wording your e-mail differently. It seems very aggressive towards the production team (which I know is the whole point). However, if you make exactly the same points but without the comments like "Dear hacks and whores" and "Stupid, are you?" they may take your complaint more seriously, since no-one likes to be insulted and it's more likely that they would try to spite people who come across as aggressive towards them.
Still, maybe they need mail like this for them to get the message, it just depends how they take criticism. If they're smart though they'll listen to every bit of criticism they get as it can only improve the show.

pixiestu,

You are right. My email was aggressive, and unneccesarily so. I was just furious. I apologise for that, but not to them. I think they know what they are doing.

And you're right. I fucked up. It is the people that she evicts that go through (thank god). Apologies for that.

Unfortunately, I don't think they care about any email critisism they get. Viewing ratings aren't determined by people like me, so it would make no difference to them to please me. I just wish that they'd ignore the applications that they get from people who describe themselves as "a bit mad".

By the way, "The arc of triumph" is my favourite FB quote too.
