You beat me to it, I was just gonna suggest Fartbone. I had no idea you had been kicked.

I'll agree about U2, and not because of Bono's "feed the starving children" politics, but just because most of what I've heard from them was pretty boring. I'll also agree with Brian about Creed and Nickelback (which is essentially just Creed without Jesus; they sound exactly alike to me). I'm sure U2 has some redeeming qualities, but I don't know that those other two do.

CKY. Taking Back Sunday. My Chemical Romance(had to sit through them two or three times now when they were opening for bands I like). Story of the Year(had to sit through them once. Seems really lame when the guitarists are doing rolls and shit while playing). The Casualties(seen them once as well talk about awful "punk rock"). The Unseen, the same as the Casualties.

definitely agree with nickleback. shitness personified. mrs benji, who doesn't really care much for music despises nickleback with a passion. whenever they come on the radio/tv, she spirals into a rage, like which i don't see at any other time. spit starts flyin and even more obseneties than usual are spurted out. makes me laugh actually.
all i can say, thank god for polio! brian |

I remember my friend and I were flicking through the music channels a couple of years ago, and we saw the lead singer of Nicklecrack walk onstage and scream to the crowd "Nickleback fucking rule man!".
We still laugh at that now.

I find Hard-Fi to be the personification of all that's wrong with music. If I had to listen to the (9/10, NME album of the year-rated) album all the way through I think I'd end up smashing my face into the corner of my desk for the duration.

Cash Machine is a hit (great at the gym) and they've got two other songs, but the rest of the CD is boring. I saw them live, before the kaiser Chiefs at a festival, if KC are great entertainers, Hard-Fi are just openers. And I don't like to hear playing keys when there's only guitars on stage. |
