US Supreme Court Justice Scalia has ridiculed as "crazy" legal claims by Guantanamo Bay detainees.
Newsweek got a hold of a tape of a speech Scalia gave at a Swiss university, in which he said that detainees aren't covered by the Constitution or the Geneva Convention.
"War is war, and it has never been the case that when you captured a combatant you have to give them a jury trial in your civil courts. Give me a break."
