well it's a grass roots kinda thing (ha ha we live on pavement) kid cant wear his head dress cause kids will kick his ass (last stand) parents at home can teach it's only worn but how long has that taken? My first thought was Cripes you can't take a dagger to school, but there has not been even one instance where a kirpan has been used as a weapon in schools so.....I'm not sure what I think.
large proportion of people in my old school were sikh, i'm not really sure what the school's policy was. i never heard about any attacks using them though. those bangle things, yeah..
