In order to not sidetrack the "Kay Edit" thread and to answer VoVat's question I'm creating a new thread for this. Pretty entertaining besides. I think there is an updated list, this one is from 2004 I believe.

I haven't read the whole thing yet, but their broad definition of "loathsome" is pretty ridiculous. Corrupt politicians and people responsible for accidents and deaths are mixed together with annoying celebrities. It's like how VH1's "Most Shocking Rock Moments" special included both Ozzy biting the head off a bat and John Lennon being shot.
