I was thinking if red is between 625 and 740 nm wavelength... and blue is between 440 and 485 nm... halfway would be... 590(?)... rather yellow if you ask me... more yellow than orange actually... not at all violet...
what am I missing here?!... (ignore the common sense issue for a moment, please)
and... do we get black if we add or subtract all primary colours? are we dealing with RGB or CMYK colour model here? Silver - does it consist of all colours plus the black?... what was Kim Teal's input then?
please help shed some light on the subject... you don't have to be into graphics or physics or anything... transparent thoughts, anyone?

Obviously, he's talking about his first solo album. He's saying people should call it the yellow album not the orange album.

Talking about colors is always a political statement.

I'm worried that my two year old is color blind. |

did you miss this bit:
the spectrum isn't a circle / red and blue are opposites rather than neighbours |

Okay, if Violet is halfway between red and blue, does that mean she's a political moderate? :P

To take the median of two numbers, you don't just add them up. You also have to divide them by the quantitative value of the numbers you've added together. For example, halfway between 2 and 4 is 3 because the sum of 2 and 4, divided by 2, equals 3. |

I wouldn't vote for Grimace. Maybe Mayor McCheese, though. He has previous political experience.

There were the Fry Gals, weren't there? I think they came along fairly late in the game, though.
