I think this is incredibly sweet and if I could make the thingy work (which I can't) I would. As it is, offer of bad things happening to fuckwits stands. Carolyn, if you want I'll pull this but I think it's lovely and know a few people might be suspect about the link.

A friend of mine and a member of this board has a young son who bikes to school.
Her ne'er do well brother has been sponging off her family by living there w/o paying rent or for any food. She does this as she's too nice as it is.
She is a kind hearted person and she has 3 kids, one just an infant as well as a husband and her jackass of a brother left the garage open and her son, we'll call him D, had his Bike stolen.
He rides this bike to school...it's his transportation to school.
A few years ago, this jackass also started a fire in her apartment that burned the boy's Nintendo and he didn't pay for that either.
There may be more important things in the world right now, but she is a great person and a member of the board and it feels good to help someone you actually know.
What I'm asking is that you go to http://www.fournineproductions.com/musicpage.html and go to any of the music pages and use the DONATE button on the left to donate ANY amount of money.
I'll collect this and give it to her to buy a new bike for D.
This is not a scam or anything, I wouldn't ever ask anything like this or even care about helping someone like this unless I positively 100% felt it was worthy and noble to do.
Like I said, ANY amount. $1 is not a lot, but if a bunch of people do it, she's that much closer to getting D a bike back. They both really deserve it.
She doesn't know I am doing this yet...she'll find out when she reads the board.
Mods, could you pin this?
P.S. - This request will end at the point I feel there is sufficient funds to put towards the bike...so this is not a continuing thing...this is just for this purpose.
