www.throwingmusic.com just had an overhaul, and it looks better than ever. Lots of changes too: Kristin now has a blog, the message board is gone (for now) and they have a "free music" section. A batch of new 50 Foot Wave songs should be available for download in September.

Thanks I'm going to have a look. I've been playing The Real Ramona a lot the past two days and getting into it. Up untill now I've always been more into Hersh's solo albums than the Muses stuff (except for Red Heaven which I love).
Go to the free music section of the site, Denis. No more excuses for you.
For some reason I've found it difficult to get into "Red Heaven", but one day it sort of clicked and now I love it to bits. (Still not sure about the Mould duet, though.)
And "Limbo"! Who could not love "Limbo"!

the free cd that came with red heaven is one of my favs. "live at hoboken" is kristin doing throwing muses songs live with just her acoustic guitar. very nice.

I really hope that the new 50ft Wave business model works out so that they can afford to play in Europe again. The last 50ft wave gig I went to was Simply phenomenal, despite the poor crowd turnout. They deserve so much more.
Really looking forward to those new songs.
