Newport acoustic review
The band found time during its two rehearsals for the Newport gig to learn one actual folk song, ''Been All Around the World," a galumphing tune about shooting up.
Hey all, in the Newport acoustic post on the 3rd page, it says Pixies played "been all around the world"
Is this the Honeycomb advance saong that was on soulseek? eg
"put the needle in my arm and i'll be dead and gone, put the needle in my arm and i'll be dead and gone, i wouldn't mind the needle i just been on this road too long oh Lord, been all around the world"
If so, awesome i love that song and feel it would have been a worthy inclusion on Honeycomb.
The Pixies are playing Frank's solo material, how very cool. |
