just saw them in Sydney last week.....best concert ive ever been to. Probably half of the set was off the new album, sounds great. Highlight was Vidrar off Agaetis Byrjun although the Olsen Olsen/Pop Song encore was hard to top

they didn't make it over to perth tho.

but got hold of the new album the other day.

Their new album out already!?

Staralfur was the perfect soundtrack to the tigershark scene in Life Aquatic. They've contributed a few great songs to the Angels Of The Universe soundtrack as well.

i think the songs on the angels opf the universe soundtrack are their best. they're also on the ny batteri ep and i think they're just the bees knees.

Simon and Benji, thanks to you I was able to listen to them, and now I'm loving them. Takk is wonderfull, I've listened the whole day today, and I just can't seem to get tired of it.

I definitely concur. I can never decide which I prefer of those two.
On the first few listens I agree with Benji, Takk is not quite up to the standard of those (although it ain't too shabby at all), so if this is your entry point to the band you're in for a real treat with AB and ().
