Well i've had some time off this week so instead of going to the city and doing something about it i stayed in town and took it easy. had a hit and and walked to my new Bank to open an account. now this Bank was not my your typical 100 year old marble and stone behemoth you would expect in these parts this was a softer and gentler structure.if you need money don't ask the people working there, instead use your ATM card the teller of 2005 does'nt work with cash. fine with me, its just that if one was to rob the place you would need a totaly different attitude as far as Bank robbing goes. for starters there would be no need to leave your house, you'd get farther sitting @ your PC. But i'm not Mathew Brodrick and you're not..... whats her name..... well i don't know who you are, does'nt matter i only deposited $50.00 so if you are a thief you wont break me. after the Bank i was a bit thirsty so i went looking for some Iced coffee. now i'm no caffine snob but i need a good cup of coffee for $2.00 you know what i mean? for .50 cents you can pour me mud but not two bucks. well i guess a take Manhattan for granted because around here ice coffee is like a mystery. you ask the person at the counter they then whisper something in spanish, hebrew , russian or just plain old mumble to a third person who goes in the back for awhile only to return with what you now know will suck. i gave it back told the guy it tasted like dirty ice, he gave me my money back and that was it. this was'nt the first time, i give these places a try and they wind up dropin the ball and sending me to Dunkin Donuts.

Sorry, I would contribute more but I use a credit union and am therefore unqualified to comment. |

my bank pissed me off the other day. i lost my card so had to go inside to withdraw just 20 quid. the only i.d i had was my passport which is a few months out of date.
even though the pic in my port looks just like me (go figure) it still took them around 30 minutes and a little persuading on my part to get my bloody petrol money off them. all i wanted was MY money from MY account. instead i got looks and whispers in my direction.
Yes! that's right. I'm a con man. Now give me £20. |

and when i was a student, being overdrawn meant a letter in the post every other day. i reckon at least a tree was spent telling me i'm a tenner overdrawn. |
