I'm a hopeless romantic.
Love can be the most uplifting thing or the most decimating emotion. It depends on the situation. I broke up with a girl I've been seeing for 8 months just yesterday, she just had too much personal shit going on and it translated into her treating me like shit and losing her temper constantly. It just won't work out till she gets some things figured out and squared away (job, degree, life situation...) The thing is -- we're still in love with each other, so this is more "time off" than an actual definitive break-up.
