How are your festivals over there though? They may be a bit more tolerable than So. Californias where they like to hold them in the summer, in the desert no less, confiscate any water you try to bring in than charge you $5 for them little 10 oz. bottles of it! Rat Bastards!!!!

Yeah I suspect it's pretty different from a US festival.

The weather forecast has changed now. They say sunshine.

Wow, I hope all you fb.netters can get together for the show...I always thought there would be more people interested in hooking-up. I'm not sure if anyone is going to join me here in Nashville to see Frank,...wait a minute "The Swimmer" will and one other person that is within a few hours driving-time has expressed some interest.

I suppose all of us fb.netters are spread thin across this big world in which we live, huh!, either that, or, maybe we get tired of each other's company here at fb.net and the last thing we want to do is party with each other, ha!

OK, I feel better now. My faith in our community here at fb.net has been restored somewhat.
I guess I've got this vision of how the world should be and when it's not that way I become
a little disenchanted.

Don't worry Old Man, those of us that do meet up will party like it's going out of fashion (and I hope partying NEVER goes out of fashion).

Whenevr I have met forum members, I have always had a great time. I don't seee why that should change now.

Hey HPM, I know you guys will have a great time. I just thought there were more of us in London than anywhere else,
and I'm counting 6 people posting here to hookup prior to the show (onehappyprick, HPM, zub the goat, Domestiques,
Surfer Rosa, and PixieSteve).

Me and Swimmer hooked-up this past April (2005), the first time I saw JBW and Rich Gilbert, and we had a blast. He's
the only forum/ex-forum member I've met in person. Although, last October (2004) when the Pixies played Nashville,
about 4-6 fb.netters attended the show, but nobody suggested a pre-show get together and I didn't think about it.

Forum people are all odd-jobbies anyway. (the ones I've met...)

Nic, if you see two welshman, one with impressive chops exposing himself at random intervals, and one who looks a little like a crack addict who will either be jumping over things or pissing in peoples hair, go say hi!

They're dead nice, honest.
