why mess with perfection.

i personally don't buy you're "i forgot to mention jalapenos" stance. i think you just make unspicy gringo quesadillas, insulting the artform and the country of Mexico as a whole

Why did the cumin fall from grace? Have you led us astray? Here I've been carrying to guilt of not using cumin and all this time it had fallen out favor. My faith is wavering.

even a quesadilla master needs to be open to experimentation and improvement. the cumin was an inspired idea. looking back, i'm pleased with myself.. but i've realized that it in fact wasn't absolutely necessary. and when you strive for perfect recipes, superfluous ingredients are to be eliminated.

cilantro will never be eliminated. i live in California. we put cilantro on everything

Oh I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that. I'm just noticing you must really like avocado.

A la Floop, excellent! No photographs, sorry.

Tomorrow evening, LBF's turn. I couldn't find the damn chicken today.

Do it yourself.

Furthermore, if I taste the LBF's ones tomorrow, in a completely different context, time and situation, I probably won't be able to take a fair decision.

For mine Xav you really need pre-cooked/season chicken breasts or else you have to take some extra measures in cooking the chicken...

If it's Raw Chix you would want to marinate it and then grill or bake it then cut into strips... most simple would be marinate in Italian Salad Dressing for 30 minutes

If it's precooked then you don't have to do anything but heat it on the stove

anyway, good luck

I might just have to.

In fact I think I have all the ingredients needed, just got to wait for the avocados to ripen (and Floop these had better be good since I was saving those for your breakfast tacos).

I feel so sorry to say it, but I must be fair: Floop won the first round.

PS: But no hot sauce, I had enough with those evil jalapeños.

how could his possibly be easier? having to heat up the chicken separately alone is an extra step.
