| unfortunate trends: ugg boots, the whole paris hilton/ slutty fake-bake palm beach look. the whole pink thing. bad. I live in the hood now- I see lots of things i like- cause people are inventive. it's bad, but it's goooood....children with extremely complex hair braid arrangements and loads of plastic barrettes. yesterday was one of the first really hot days. I said fuck it, and went to work wearing a lavender wife beater with no bra (I work at a dance studio, so this isn't so strange) with my favorite white striped trousers and black doc martin oxfords. the a/c in the building is nonexistent. I went out on lunch break and was pleased to see other new yorkers adopting a similar attitude. it's just too fucking hot. |

I like the shrug and I have always liked the shrug, I used to have a fuschia pashmina feel shrug that I loved, but now they're again.. everywhere and usually covered in big fat sequins, I don't mind sequins but they have a place, y'know?
and it isn't here.
(ok that ones not so bad)

| I had a fantastic little black mohair one that was deeply flawed in that the fluff would collect in your armpits making you look rather sasquatchesque. A friend of mine borrowed it and I've not bothered to ask for it back. |

| I really like the bag kitten. Those greens are lovely with the black accent, but you know....I think you could probably find a similar one for alot cheaper. Although I can't tell from the picture what materials it is made of. Are those leather straps on thick canvas? If so 20 isn't bad. If not....look for cheaper first. |

If the bag costs more than its contents, I think you have a problem.
That's not a bad bag, but I don't think I'd recommend paying that much for it. Unless the pound recently dropped a large amount with respect to the dollar, and it actually costs a lot less than I think.
