I haven't been following this case as closely as you Kathryn, but isn't he up on multiple charges? I bet he gets dinged for one of the lesser charges.

Exactly. Then he serves a couple of weeks and walks.

So getting dinged for a minor charge is a walk? We need clarification before this bet ends in court.

Clarification: The Prince of Pedophilia will be convicted on a couple
of minor charges, at best, and serve mere weeks. He will not go to
jail for a long time on serious charges, as should be the case.

Who's gonna up the ante on the bet?

What?! Are you saying my Amoeba voucher which may or may not have a tasty man's phone number on as an added bonus is not good enough?

Surfer, it's gambling. As with sex, you can't personalize gambling. As with sex, you put out there
what you've got and then you can't have your feelings hurt when you're abandoned for
whatever better came along.

Do I hear four bucks?

darwin, what is your bet?

I have 50 Swedish krone to bet that he gets convicted with giving alcohol to the kid, but not guilty on everything else. I think he'll get a fine and suspended sentence.

Yeah, I agree with Llamadance. I'm not convinced he's guilty of everything, and I think he has serious mental issues.
As they told Krusty, they don't put celebrities in jail. Suspended sentence.

I don't have much foreign currency, but I'll wager what I've got: a handful of loose change in rand and lilangeli.

It would be great to see him led off to jail as his one-gloved fans futily throw themselves at the police officers. Too bad it's not going to happen.

I doubt Michael Jackson's fans can throw a proper riot, but it would be fun to watch them try.

I think the alcohol charge is a bunch of bullshit too. If Jackson was going to get a kid drunk, wouldn't you think he'd concoct a veiled cocktail... something that would taste good to a kid? Like some Midouri or Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill, or something! Don't get me wrong, I love wine...cabernet is the shit. But what 13 year old kid is going to chug down a Pepsi can full of wine? Gimme a freakin break.

I think I agree with you about the alcohol charge Transmarine. Good point.

Honestly, I don't know if he is guilty or innocent. I can't decide, but I do kinda think he is going to walk.

Too bad it is all over. I am going to miss the re-enactments on the E channel.

The news here did a thing on how there are still more than likely going to be loads of court cases whether he wins or loses this one - he's pretty much ruined.
