This is probably my favourite from days gone by. Needless to say, it's faded and has holes, but I can't bear to throw it out.

I've just remembered something about that gig. Everyone was dressed in black, head to toe, apart from one golden haired woman who wore a long flowing white dress. Beautiful.

As she walked through the crowd, she was like a search light cutting through the night sky.

[edit] god that login thing is annoying. Same pic, but not from T-shirt

i bought a kaiser chiefs shirt tonight, brown one that says '"Everything is Brilliant" IN LEEDS' on the front, and 'kaiser chiefs in a box on the back.

i'm wearing my snmashing pumpkins "kitty vampire" shirt from the mellon collie tour.

i love my swervedriver water pistol "duel" shirt.

I may need to get myself one of those purely for the geographical connections.

i've got a few pixies/throwing muses/jon spencer/mogwai ones that i've acquired at various stages.
think my favourite pixies ones are my 2 surfer rosa cover art ones. one long sleeves in pink(!) and the other short sleeves in blue. have had them for about 10 years now - remember my teachers at high school not being particularly impressed when i wore them to school on mufti days...

the only one i have ever made myself is a godspeed you black emperor one - simply because they don't make shirts. pretty poor i know, but i was am pretty pleased with it. "schematic of a faulty machine" is pretty cool too.

I was so happy when I found my Cult Electric tour t-shirt in the garage I actually posted a thread about it.

I'm still waiting for my bro to fix my fave Jane's t-shirt as its totally faded. He's making it into an iron on.

He took my shirt without permission...
Cut it up.
Scanned it into his computer.
And is very slowly colouring it in on which program I am not sure.
Then you can buy an iron on to print it out on.

I don't wear band t shirts so much nowadays because it's hard to find them in V neck, my friend used to make me some, I had a mansun one that read "I want to get fucked like a whore in a porno". My absolute favourite was a navy blue ac acoustics shirt that said "stunt girl" accross the front, I bought two of these for they were 50p, but one got bleach on and the other got ruined when I had to change a car battery, I wish I could find another. The only two I have now are a massive outside of gig pixies one and a massive REM monster tour t shirt, both with the neck cut out for sleeping in purposes.

I hope that I will live to see you undress

Starmekiten...I am so glad to here from another person who likes to cut the neck out of t-shirts. My husband makes fun of me (calls me Flashdance!), but I just hate the feeling of anything close around my neck.

I ordered this recently from the US. I thought it was nice that a band offered something other than a standard t-shirt. I have loads of band t-shirts.

I guess floop WAS right!

Right, well apologies for the lameness of the pic, but you maybe get an idea of the shirt. Thanks to Tre for sorting it out, my internet is being vicious.

I found a Bloodhound Gang t that I forgot I had this weekend. Not sure if I'll be wearing it in public though - pink with "hooray for boobies" emblazoned across the front.

I doubt that I'll hold myself to my T-shirt budget at the Pixies show.
I'll probably buy more than the two I am telling myself I will buy.

Well it can be like a trial run so that the rest of us will know which t's to go for when we see them later this year. By then you'll be able to let us know which styles have kept their shape, which prints still look good and all those other important things that I can't think of right now.

Exactly! So what you're saying is, I have a duty to the rest of the forum
to buy as many different Pixies Ts as I can get my hands on!

I still kick myself for limiting my fall tour purchases to two shirts.
I won't be making that mistake this week! That sound I just heard?
That was my budget being flushed down the toilet.

I should have bought more at the London show. I've lost track of the amount of t shirts I should have bought and then either forgot to or was distracted.

If anybody cares, my humble little Pixies Boston show review includes some shirt-related info.
I'll try to post a photo of the shirts I got.

Just to prove that I didn't make this T shirt up, I think I can be brave enough to post my 18 year old self, seeing as I look very little like this anymore:

terrible hair
good eyeliner though
