Corn syrup is the second ingredient. It doesn't say anything about being high fructose, though. The first ingredient is filtered water. As far as juices go, it contains apple juice concentrate (ingredient #3), and pineapple and cherry juice concentrates (ingredient #5).

There's god damn corn syrup in everything. It makes me want to scream. I think there's non in Mexican coca cola, just regular sugar.

I've heard that when they make Coke kosher for Passover, it also has regular sugar. Is that actually any better for you than corn syrup, though?

I discovered a wonderous new product from Silk: very vanilla soymilk.
This smoothie is the bomb yo. I'm addicted again. I was all cranky this morning before I got the store to get more strawberries. "fuckin leave me alone, I need a smoothie."

The only smoothies I have liked are from Jamba Juice. The store always smells like oranges, and the employees are bionic-friendly which is kind of surreal, but some of their smoothies are actually...good.
As far as the corn syrup thing goes, I think there is a Dr. Pepper plant south of Dallas that still sells the original formula Dr. Pepper with real sugar. My co-worker used to pick up orders for the Dr. Pepper fans when he would drive by there to his parents' home near the plant.
