watched this movie last night, and my word it's brilliant. i hadn't laughed so hard in a long long time.
"I like your sleeves, they're big" absolute brilliance.
it just summed up what growing up in a small town in the 80's was really like. (but the fact that it was actually set in present day made it even funnier) and the way he runs made me laugh every goddam time. i think every nerd ran like that when they were a teenager.

Napoleon Dynamite is great because it introduced more people to Mockumentaries-alikes. |

Yeah, I don't think I'd rent it, but if someone else did, I'd certainly watch it. Maybe it's worth getting out, but there's too many films I hav'nt seen!! |

I was surprized at how funny it was. It started a little shakily, but improved as it went along. I certainly got a lot of chuckles out of it.

Oh my God! I watched the dance scene like four times in a row. I couldn't stop laughing. Afterwards I thought, "Man...I swear I went to school with a guy just like this. Infact...my high school was a bit like that." Also...although it seemed to be set in Idaho or someplace like that I thought that the story was really close to the atmosphere around the area I grew up in. I recently found out that Jared and Jerusha Hess grew up in Salem, Oregon....which was about 30 minutes from where I did.
