THE FRENCH:
Speak an awful language - and are so proud of it, that they are mostly unwilling and unable to learn english in a decent way. I mean, I have listened to a lot of international talks, but the french always give me the creeps. it is embarassing and ignorant, how little they care about english, the only international language. i would understand it, if french would be a fine language - but it ain't !!!nowadays, even Italians speak much better english than the french.
and who let himself overrun by Hitler ? ha ! I mean, we Austrians let him in with pleasure, that's true, but I'm not proud of that. obviously your soldiers were too busy drinking the finest wines and gorging on the most delicious cheese.
but anyways, i love luis de funes.

"awful language": it's funny because most of people in the world find french lovely and think german is the ugliest language in the world that one should only use when talking to his horse (i am not of that opinion, i speak german and truly love it). moreover, most germans think that austrian german sounds awful.
true, second world war is not the most glorious part of french history, but i would certainly not point out that fact if i were austrian. french people were not great at fighting, but they didn't come up with the idea of killing 6m harmless people. that's not very courageous, is it?
but hey, i still like leni riefenstahl.

i think only french think that french is lovely...
german is ugly too, and austrian german is quite heavy stuff, yes. but i still like austrian german more than the very northern german language. and as an austrian i can only say: germans - what do they know ???
i like the english language most, i think. (despite that i'm not very good in it...)

you may want to know that in ancient greece (and roman empire for that matter)the very concept of homosexuality did not exist. said that it's a common belief among mediteranean people that the french with their girlish language which lacks serious offensive words and frases and their ridiculous taste in clothing are not considered that masculine.

you are not taking this seriously are you? i don't base my opinion on france on monsieur's comments and of course i don't want my comments to be considered a serious debate on international realtionships. it's just a childish game like offending each other's mom between friends.
