It is true that I am not French, but I actually did graduate from a grande école (like everybody at my office).
When you see the proportion of stupid rich kids there it becomes pretty obvious that intelligence plays a minor role in education.

Grande école roughly translates as 'big school' right? This is what 11-year-olds call secondary school. Well done for graduating.

floop, admit it: you only like her because her first name includes the word "tit". Truly, floop, look in your soul (or your pants) and answer truthfully: "would I still feel this way about Laetitia Casta if her name didn't have "tit" in it?"

Spiderman got his powers by being bitten by a spider. Maybe you meant the Simpsons' Radioactive Man: he's the one that got his powers from radio-activity. Yeah I know, it's very tricky and cryptic, those superhero-nicknames. |

why don't you try the bomb somewhere near paris then? you would become a nation of ultra intelligent super heroes. i think that monsieur was smarter than the rest of the french and anticipating times went to catch the fallout in the pacific. that's why he became so smart and highly educated and glows in the dark.

are you saying that Monsieur IS French-Stereotype-Man? I thought that guy was a myth, I had heard of a horribly mutated pseudo-hero that lived in the delusional shadow of the frenchman stereotype he had created for his non french self! I never thought I would see it with my own eyes!
Is it true he beams out rays of arrogance from his eyes that are always looking down, and is it true he wears a stripey blue and white t shirt and a string of garlic under his normal clothes giving real frenchmen of the world a bad name?

A radioactive spider. This changes everything.
MCA, no need to test our bombs near Paris, we've more nuclear plants than any other European country. |

But all that France bashing related to the nuclear testing was clearly related to the fact that the USA don't want any nuclear powers but themselves.
The USA protested against French nuclear testing but did not approve the Kyoto agreements. Come on, guys, you are not blind.

Monsieur, perhaps the reason why the French are smarter and more erudite than most people from any other nation are its strong chain of philosophers: Descartes, Henri Bergson, and Jean-Paul Sartre to name a solid three.
I strongly emphasize the "perhaps" because I am no philosophy expert yet. |

If I had a dollar for every cognac I drank in paris, I'd buy everyone a pile of dogshit. Fortunately, I've never even been to Paris. I may have drunk cognac. ;) |
