Doesnt have to be 80 mins but im sure people have made a tasty compilation for a friend, spouse, gf or bf. Just wonderin how it went and what were the tracks you thought would grab. For those who havent what would you put? (Frank Solo)

Not to go off topic, but since you ask, I love the Pixies. I love
all Frank. And I don't begrudge him or Kim,Joey and Dave the reunion
cred, recognition or bucks. But, christalmighty, can't a girl dream
of being in a cool, intimate venue as the Catholics rock out?
Sigh....

I'm bowing, I'm on my knees right now.
But I'm also listening to Western Star as I do so!

: )

Speaking of intimate venues, in dublin, Frank played accoustic in a 250 person room. It was my favourite gig moment. Beat the catholics in dublin 3 months after coz it was a much bigger venue plus u could see Frank wasnt half as at ease

Sorry Katheryn, its a good song but the rest of the album shadows it hugely. Ever had to make the dreaded compilation?

It would depend on the person.
The generic answer is...

Mine is/would be a nice mixture of two or three tracks spanning the Orange(yellow) album to SMYTS (no HC, yet) No time to hash it out here right now.

It would be better, with a dabbling of the cumquat sessions, or some other "walk three steps backwards and pick up the top of your head" live stuff that Frank's done/does. That might not grab the ear of some of these bastards I hang around with though, so hence the safe 80 minutes...

Los Angeles
Speedy Marie
Headache
Men In Black
All My Ghosts
Dog Gone
Western Star
Bullet
Pan American Highway
21 Reasons
Velvety
Massif Centrale
Manitoba
