All wrong. I need a shower. I showered but somehow I forgot to shampoo.

This weekend I'm:
going to a birthday party for a 7 year old
going to a grade school carnival
watching tadpoles and dragonflies swim around in plastic boxes

My god, you smell. Shower, dammit!

The birthday party is a big fat lie.

Tonight I will

watch a video
go running
drink lots of wine

I don't stink. I just have greasy scraggly hair.

You got me. No birthday party. That's next weekend. My son turns 2 on Thursday and my daughter turns 7 on Saturday.

no running. Too cold and damp.

At the time of posting, I hadn't gone for a curry. I played badminton on Tuesday and had a French exam on Monday.

This next week I will:
purchase a badminton racquet
have a job interview
have a French exam

I had the job interview... same job, just higher up. Do not fear, I still have the power to say whether your Fullstandigt Slutbeyg fran Gymnasieskolan is good enough.

I think you went with red and black, so no pink.

I'm going to agree with Cheeseman, and say there's no pink.

Bands I've bought albums by this year include:

Sgt. Major
The Minus 5
The Decemberists

No Minus 5 for VV.

I did red first, though it was too bright, then settled for my usual
black. Pink? Never ever ever ever!

Today near my house I saw

a snake
a deer
a bobcat

You're right, Kathryn. They haven't released anything in some time now.

You didn't see a bobcat.

Black Cat, White Cat
United States Of Leland

I knew you would never paint your toe nails pink Kathryn. And you didn't saw a snake.

No Leland for you, Rita.

I did see a snake (yikes!) but not a deer.

I am considering going to the Pixies'

Jones Beach show (NY)
Boston show
Indianapolis show

No, I have Season 1 of Futurama, and I've watched every episode on there with commentary. It's The Critic I haven't heard any of the commentary for.

Today, I've eaten:

A ham sandwich
A hot dog
A piece of pizza

I believe I didn't eat any pizza that day. I probably should start coming up with ones that I can remember more easily, if I'm going to keep doing this.

This game's back, people!

Spot the lie among these three:

This morning on my run thru the woods I saw:

1) a dead deer, a dead snake and a dead mole
2) no dead animals in the pristine wilderness
3) a wild rabbit run across my path

Remember to pick the lie and to add a trio of your own.

Well, since the first and second can't possibly both be true, the third MUST be true. I'm going to guess the second is the lie.

I own these albums:

Blur - self-titled
Spike Jones - Dinner Music
The 6ths - Hyacinths and Thistles

You don't own Blur, you're not sufficiently anglophile.

This week I have:
Gone to the pub to celebrate winning the cricket
Gone to the pub to celebrate a birthday
Gone to the pub to watch some football

How's that for a slice of fried gold?

No, I have the first five Blur albums. My girlfriend has the other two, but they're nowhere near as good. I love Modern Life Is Rubbish, Parklife, and The Great Escape. I think the self-titled album was the beginning of the band's decline. I think some people have the exact opposite opinion, but what do they know?

The album I don't have is the 6ths one. I have Wasps' Nests, but not Hyacinths and Thistles. I'll probably get it someday, though.

And Cheeseman, you didn't celebrate any birthdays at the pub last week.
