I have some pretty good cook books available to me from my family. My sister and dad are both pretty good, they taught me well.
I did use to do the ready meal thing for a short while a couple of years ago, and it's just not great. For a start you don't get enough. Cooking for yourself allows lion's portions.

Indeed, I still haven't gotten around to making my own pizzas yet. Maybe that's 'cos my sister makes the best pizzas in the world. I couldn't compete.

I just had pan-fried lumps of lamb with a middle-eastern sort of potato deal (coriander, turmeric, you know the thing), a little cous cous and some salad.
