It's all good Tre, I don't think you're trying to be offensive. Obviously there's something we might disagree on, but if everyone agreed all the time life would be pretty boring. Unless everyone agreed that life should never be boring. Hmm, that seems to be a bit of a paradox...

That's quite a pessimistic view. However, last week I might have agreed with you. This week, for some reason, I feel more the other way. Who knows what it all means.

I wonder what I have next in line on netflix.
I wonder what sort of reaction FB would get if he was a new poster on a message board.

Let There Be Rock.
I'm thinking I need to sort out transport to Bristol on Saturday as the damn mechanic didn't come to fix my car today. I'm filled with a small amount of rage.
I'm listening to Throwing Muses - I think I must contribute again to my thread on the matter and berate Tre somewhat.
How's that for a slice of fried gold? |

i think that smart and dumb are things you can't change. you can become more educated, but not more smart. you can become more experienced, but not more smart.
IMO.

something about the combination of a helmet and a stick make people dumb. kinda like booze and bikes.
and, whaddya mean tried? couldn't get the thing started? didn't have a chain on it? or is his flesh "not so weak"?
by the way, i got to play with matt keith (chicago blackhawks) last week, 'twas fun.

Very cool about the gig, shiner.
By tried I mean started to, cut into some skin, until the rest of the team restrained him as I watched in horror. Then I got to do the supportive girlfriend routine in the Emergency Room. Did I mention he was on acid at the time? But the next afternoon he won his hockey game.

I´ve been reading lots of William Burroughs, especially Ah Pook Is Here with The Book of Breething where since he considered words to be a control device he started to use hieroglyphics on account of pictorial languages are a kinder form of communication and less open to manipulation and I log on to find out pictures are banned here <snicker>

On a more frivolous note, why was Floop locked out, exactly? I kind of was'nt sure ifthis was a joke or not, but apparently it's true!! |

I know what you mean. The only good thing on this painful day was finding out about a solo Frank show the night after the Pixies acoustic set next month. Still, my stomach is in knots since I learned the other news of the day.
