He is such a publicity seeking freak. He needs to just relax. Actually I think he needs to get medicated. Anyone who broke up with Penelope Cruz is freaking insane. (OK I don't know who broke up with who, but I'm sure she broke up with him because he was such a lunatic, now that I think about it). Kind of a breakup catch 22.

The Cruise-Cruz thing was too weird.
I knew he was messed up after "Born on the 4th of July". He seemed to be having a good time doing all that depressing s***.

I am not eager to drive 5 hours to go to a memorial tomorrow. I am not happy that i was served a summons today for an accident that happened two years ago and for which the plaintiff filed FOUR FUCKING DAYS before the deadline to file suit. ahem.
I AM eager to try to make the best of the car ride tomorrow by myself with all my fav discs and I will think of this post in this thread when I put Doolittle and/or Live @ BBC on.
Matt Damon in Singles is hot. A glass of shiraz would do me good right about now.

Good co-ordinating there with the nail varnish!
I have the perfect excuse to buy a truly ridiculous pair of shoes (an equally ridiculous dress) and man is going to be fun shopping for those babies. |

Ooh. Have fun!
B minus 3 hours here, after which, I just decided, I am going to numb any post-procedural pain via a shopping spree. I'm thinking my wardrobe badly needs yet another black mini dress. I am sure you know what I mean.

I do indeed - I think I just bought the perfect one (marked down to a fifth of the price which made it even better) |

I am in love with iTunes. I light iTunes' post-coital cigarettes. I give iTunes little backrubs when iTunes is least expecting it. I cook iTunes favorite foods "just because." I tell iTunes "You are so brilliant and funny, I've never met anybody like you before. You are special."

"Nail varnish"? Is that what they call it in Britain?

Ha ha ha.
Thanks for the advice. Everything is the same color, so I don't have to think about color coordination.
Now I must put on my trainers.

Actually, I am baking a blueberry and peach pie. Organic blueberries that I picked myself. A little Ben & Jerry's and it'll be delish.

What, exactly, makes the blueberries "organic"?

My bassist just quit his job at Citibank and I'm back to more than two degrees of separation from the family Rockefeller. Today is a good day.

Yeah, but that doesn't mean I don't think it's kind of a ridiculous term. I mean, chemically speaking, ALL food is organic, right?

No. Some food is grown and bathed in chemicals while other food is not.
I just ate those blueberries and they were delicious. Especially smothered in Ben & Jerry's.

or·gan·ic ( P ) Pronunciation Key (ôr-gnk) adj. 1. Of, relating to, or derived from living organisms: organic matter. 2. Of, relating to, or affecting a bodily organ: an organic disease.
3. Of, marked by, or involving the use of fertilizers or pesticides that are strictly of animal or vegetable origin: organic vegetables; an organic farm.
You're obviously going by the third definition, but I get the impression that this is a fairly recent one. I don't think you could argue that the chemical-soaked blueberries didn't come from a living thing.
In other words, you're using a correct term, but that doesn't mean I have to LIKE it.

I don't think the words "librarian" and "action" really go together that well.

9 is sheer bliss - today I'm functioning on 4. I did have to catch a quick snooze on the lawn earlier today while weeding. |
