I smell my own stinkyness. Well not anymore actually, I found some eau de toilette in my drawer and used it. I smell of Armani Night now, with a faint smell of sweat. How glamourous.

i actually read on-line somewhere recently that children who aren't breastfed are more likely to be snotty. i was researching runny noses and sinusitis and stuff because i get runny nose and sniffles all the time, it makes sense, i was adopted. |

Go easy on dairy - makes a huge difference with the runny nose.
There are exceptions to the sniffling death rule but I'll not go into those.

| i never read that online, dairy is associated with puffy cheeks and stuff, i used to drink milk and eat cheese like it was going out of style, but i developed some sort of allergy, i get ultra-gassy and always feel way too full after drinking milk (lactose intolerance?), i only have it with my cereal now. |

2 friends both suffered unbelievably with sinus problems, snoring, constantly bunged up - cut out dairy - specifically milk and were able to throw all the inhalers and ridiculous amounts of medication.

people who give you weird emotional bullshit late at night then disappear suddenly when you tell them to stop playing silly buggers forcing you to panic and stay up an hour and a half later than you wanted to trying to get through to them to make sure that they're ok when what they have actually done is fallen asleep because they're old and had a couple of fucking beers should be hit.

In fact the impatience has proved to be my downfall today. I've just made a complete fool of myself - sent an email to the wrong email address - with pic attached. SO stupid. SO embarrassing.
Lifelong shame averted - turns out it really does pay to have friends in both high and low places.
