I hate having to drive someplace new. Fortunately, it was really quite painless, and it's out of the way now.

It's sunny?
I have just met the indestructible fly. Three times I have hit it in mid-air with my squash racket, three times it has fallen from the sky to await oblivion from my boot, but three times it has flown away before its crushing extinction. I will win this war.
That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.

this is post #3456 - i like the look of that
part of me never wants to post again just to maintain that. but i'll just have to resign myself that wehenever (if ever) i decide to stop posting here, i'll have to end on a sequential post count.

Nine more days until Denis' birthday. How should fb.net mark this occasion?

Hmmm. Good idea. But a better idea might be, and kitty can help with this, photo montage of nude Stipe pix, seeing what a huge REM fan our Denis is.

But maybe the forum will disappear when your post count isn't sequential. What will you do THEN, smart guy?

blah. Nothing is shiny to me right now. It's like I want to feel miserable instead of just getting over it. Nothing that a work out and some good Indian food later can't cure.

No, you can't put them anywhere near me to warm them up. This is getting embarrassing, Simon.

Any other volunteers then? I'm easy (so I'm told).
My hands are still cold, by the way. Apparently the central heating at work hates me, as well as the one at home.

I'd lend you my rabbit fur lined gloves but I've only met one other person who can fit their hands into them. They're kind of tiny.
Lead me not into temptation; I can find the way myself. |

My mum used to have a rabbit-fur hat from Jaeger. I remember, because she got fed up with trying to free it in the end.

I'm pissed off because I'm considering returning Smitten to the store. I didn't really like it at all, and was really disapointed that nothing grabbed me. I think it's only the second record I've bought that I've ever wanted to return.

I was expecting good poppy. All that time I spent delving in O/M/N dividers in record stores was futile!;) I thought it was just plain boring, even though I love Joey sooo much it hurts!

Idiot drivers on my mind. I was taking my son and a school friend of his out for the afternoon. I was a little nervous driving another kid around because I don't know his parents all that well and they were trusting to let him go with us. So three minutes after I picked him up I'm driving along and this guy in a giant pick-up (it's texas) runs a stop sign right in front of me and I had to slam the brakes on to avoid smashing in to him. Fortunately I refrained from screaming at the guy. I could see the kid saying "Paul's dad said 'fu****g asshole' dad. What does that mean?" Well, everyone was fine, but the jerk never even waved an apology or anything.
