Saw quite a few 2004 Pixies Disclive 2-CD sets at FNAC Lille today... They had a few different gigs too (Amherst, and I believe Montreal and Chicago? Not sure).
Some may remember that some time ago I'd spotted the Fujirock ones at another store in the same city (http://forum.frankblack.net/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9959). How they ended up there is anyone's guess.

I was imagining something more along the lines of leprechauns dropping them stealthily in the storeroom at night, but why not, Jop.

I found Akron, Hull, Montreal, toronto and St Paul in a Leclerc Store in Nantes France. I bought them 35,99 euros.
I asked the guy working there if he could find some more. I gave him my phone number, if he finds some more he said he would order them for me. That guy was nice. |

35-40 euros is definitely quite the mark up, but i guess it's to be expected.
i'm moving close to Caen next month.. gonna keep an eye out for those discs. FB has always released odd rarities in France, like oddballs |
