Has anyone heard this band? They are from Boston and have been described as 'punk cabaret', but I am not sure how I would describe them, they certainly are original. I have downloaded a few songs of theirs and I am very impressed. I have ordered their album from their website, just wondered if anyone else owned it or had heard any of their stuff.
Oh yeah, a few Boston-based people have been raving about these two on the Throwing Music forum for a long time.
I hear they're great live, but I must admit I was disappointed by the album. I thought it fell a bit flat about halfway through. Maybe it's just me though - "I think it's my attention span clipped by TV at an early age".

Yeah from what I have heard so far, you certainly have to stick with it, the songs are all pretty long. Perhaps it's an album to dip into now and again.
I love the album. I saw them live earlier this year and it kicked ass. They played the best cover of war pigs I've ever heard. I thought the show would be all goths and stuff but it was just your regular indie crowd.
