I just called disclive and the girl that answered the phone said they wont be recording the ny shows. Not only that but I dont think that musicmatch or whatever is recording it. But I have a feeling someones gonna record or film it since its the last show and the only one im going to. Also I preordered the disclive for ny and i can eather get a refund or another disclive so I want to know if any of you can help me with my decision on choosing a disclive show.
That's so cool the Pixies shows will still be available!!!! Hopefully the band will get more $$$ this way.
It's cool cuz it also comes with pix and will be shipped by early Jan. Thank you to whoever is doing this. I'm going to add the Boston show to my list. I can't wait order and to get mine in the mail!!!!!!!!!
What about billing? Are we still going to be billed for the disclives???
thank you for your answer! i can't get them on the phone... i live in france! (i don't think anyone speaks french at disclive... and i'm not good enough at english to have a talk with an american society) i have sent an email and opened a ticket. i really hope there won't be any problem: they owe me a lot of money: i ordered all the shows!
just checked out the link through pixiesdiscs- takes you to CDbaby- they're awesome- musician-run company out of portland that uses non-microsoft software and gives the musicians a larger cut of the disk price. nice.
