Hello from rehab land.
I went home for Christmas and relapsed.
Now i am a fuck up extroidinaire, stared at even here.
I'm tired of this game. I don't want to play any more.
Depressed.
Trying to lift my spirits thinking about various men I find attractive. Don't want to play that today either.
I'm pouting. Knowing that doesn't help either.
How did I get so fucked up?
It's amazing to me than anyone is sane. This world has a lot of shit in it, and despite my best efforts I'm down in poo land. I know there's love and unspeakable beauty here too, but I'm so fucking damaged I only catch glimpses and whispers.
It sucks to try so hard for so long and not feel like I'm getting any better.

Betty, you are not a f*up. Just from quitting smoking, i failed so many times. Just know by going back and going thru rehab, it's a huge step and you're looking after your self. Keep posting up. You might stumble, but keep going, you can do it. Life sucks and sometimes you go through the pits of hell... but it will get better... just keep moving forward and don't beat yourself up if you have little setbacks. You're beautiful.
LBF I just read that you were going back too. Hang in there and let us know how you are. We miss you! |

| I just read this thread for the first time today, and just wanted to tell Betty and Andy that I admire them so much! I have alcoholics in my family and they would be the last to admit they had a problem no matter how obvious it is to everyone else. It is HUGE that you are both taking steps to better your lives. I wish you both the best and HANG IN THERE!!! |
