Ok, ok.
Ummmm, Sean Young (Blade Runner and other stuff), Johnny Depp and the band "My Morning Jacket" are from Kentucky - Louisville for all of them I think. |

In sign language the word "looking" is made by making each hand into a peace sign and then point out, hands parallel to the floor; "paranoid" is the same thing but pointing to yourself.

a peace sign is the letter "V" in American Sign Language, but it's not the number "2" as you might think, number "2" is the letter "L", which looks like a capital "L" with your pointer finger and your thumb.

In American Sign Language the signs for pizza and vagina are very similar. If you've ever been to or near a college with a big deaf population then you know that the pizza palor is a funny place to be.

Total mindblower.
It goes back a ways, though. Both trace their ancestry back to Edmund Reade (1563-1623) and Elizabeth Cooke (1578-1637).
"Bush descends from Edmund and Elizabeth's daughter Mary, while Kerry descends from Mary's sister Elizabeth."

Rhyming - eh, we can stretch the definition.
Orange = boring. Silver = giver or 'give her' . Purple = surple...as in "Roses are red, violets are purple. Honey's sweet and so is maple surple..."

This war, it will be just like the War on Drugs. It will be potent and effective and our objectives will be clear. The nation had a nasty drug problem and we declared a war on drugs and spent billions over many years and now you can't buy drugs anymore. It will be just like that.

I was being serious! Some people made a genealogic tree and found my grandfather descends from Gabrielle d'Estrees, who was one of Henry the IVth mistresses, with whom she had 3 children. I'll find pictures, I look exactly like him.

scorpion males mate with the female by locking heads and having a tustle, the male tests the sand beneath him finds the right spot and shoots a trigger loaded with sperm into the sand, he then tries to drag the female over the trigger which she then trips and the sperm shoots up into her
the male spider loads his forearms (pedipalps?) with sperm and then sticks them into the female spider to impregnate her.
snails are hermaphrodites who shoot each other with love darts to determine which be the butch and which be the bitch, the first to get shot is the woman thereafter and the "males" penis exits the genital aperture from his head and into the genital apeture on her head, which is why you should never interupt snails rubbing heads because they are doing the nasty.

Barnacles have the longest penis relative to their size. Since they can't move they need a long penis to reach mates. |

why can't they just make a magic combination of the slug the scorpion and the spider and lug a sperm filled dart at anothers head.
I thought they did move but very slowly, what am I thinking of then, I had to do a boring migration experiment once with a round thing that stuck to rocks and stuff, I bloody hate whole organisms, whole organs are beyond me nowadays mind.

I watched an entire slug mating session once. They met (queue music), entertwined themselves and suspended themselves off a ledge via a strong string of slug slime - about 3" off the ledge. They turned and twisted slowly and both of them had organs that came out of their heads and entertwined down below them...the slugs were about 2-3"...the organs fully extended were as long or longer than the slugs themselves. It took about 15 minutes.
Frankly, i thought it was beautiful. I have never seen two organisms more completely physically joined. |
