Dirty Sanchez is kind of like (urgh whats it called, those fucking idiot blokes who hurt themselves, I can't remember any of there names or the name of the bloody show now, they do stupid stunts, they had a movie, aargh it'll come to me)
Dirty Sanchez is the low tech Welsh version of that, wacking each others bare arse with stinging nettles, stapling their scrotums to their thighs, macing each other in the face and the like
