Lost the tape with this song, but I'd love to get it somewhere, but who's the performer???

It starts with a spoken sentence:

"I spend my days prowling 'round the ministry of defense"

Something like that, and all of the lyrics I can remember is: black death...
Sound familiar?

I don't know that one either, but I like at the end of Public Image Limited's Don't ask Me how it goes all quiet and John Lydon says real low-like "It's easy to decieve a child."

Do you mind if I stroke you down?

This sounds like Crash by the Primitives. Only the lead singer was female.

Okay, but I gave him/her the set up. Can I at least get a glass of milk, or some shit?

Uh?... I don't literally want some shit. A beer would be great, but I was only a stepping stone to the real laughter so maybe some beverage worthy of my efforts. Like milk. Unless you want to buy me a beer. That would actually be better. I'm lactose intolerant.
