| i'm not angry at all chicdik. i'm annoyed. there's as differance. as far as the realist is concerned..........quickprick was the person the realist decided to give his/her ticket to. end of story. the realist did not need to use any fair or democratic method to give the ticket away. If I would have had an extra ticket, I would not have given it to you Passion. That is for sure. I would say move on with your lives but I love to see you guys argue back and forth. Roomloo: Good point. I think Dave N. should be added to the suspect list too. Moderating can't be an exciting profession all the time. What would they do if not for assholes like us that come and stir shit up once in a while? I wasn't around much before the Realist showed up (adding to your supspicions of my being him I'm sure), can any veteran tell me, was it getting a little boring? Did Dave and Cult create the Realist to throw a little fun into the mix and keep themselves busy?

Realist Admirers & Discontents,
I would like to start by apologizing for my love of the Pixies. In case you didn't notice, the Pixies are still on tour. The Deltas and I have been chasing the tour around the great northwest while you losers have been sitting on your thumbs at your dead end jobs. For a true Pixies fan (e.g. someone like Chislic that can actually answer some questions correctly on my quiz) one or two shows is just not enough. I'm sorry I haven't been able to post for "my people." It's apparent you guys are really in need of entertainment as this whole thread (site?) is pathetic. You know when the moderator is weighing in (i.e. Cult Of Frank) the ship is sunk.
I have made it as far as Helena, MT (a nice little dity if I do say so myself but rather difficult to get the oil changed on the Jag) and will be back in the great Minnie-Paulie metro area tomorrow. Let me collect my thougths (and life) and I will get you your god damned answers by Thursday.
Word on the tour is that with the recent announcement of Guided by Voices' soon to be demise they will be opening for the Pixies on their fall tour. It will be their last hurrah. I guess you can call it Kim's "thank you" to her favorite drinking buddies. In case anyone cares, Bob Pollard was spotted in both Spokane and Boise. I guess their on-again-off-again is on-again.
Whoever the idiot was that raised some noise about Nirvana not covering a Pixies needs to dig a little deeper - Sad Loser, you are even less of a Nirvana fan than Pixies fan if you don't know the answer to that. Hint: bleach was still for cleaning.
I guess I'm going to have to sign off as it looks like the Deltas are ready to head to the local round-up for a couple of boilermakers.
.........and on the fifth day, the Realist eased the thougths of his people with an impromptu appearance.........

I just learned what LMAO meant like last Thursday, so I've been looking for a good opportunity to use it. I didn't truely "laugh my ass off," it is still intact. My laugh was much heartier than your average LOL though, so I thought it deserved a much heartier description.

I just wanted to take credit for making The Passion of El Diablo into the man/woman he/she is today.
In the beginning, I made fun of his/her spelling and grammar. Since then, he/she's really turned things around. For the most part (there have been some ridiculous mistakes since), his/her spelling and grammar have been superb since that crucial moment.

but they are playing Grand Ole Day in St. Paul on Sunday June 6th at 2pm in the Dixies lot, with Mark Mallman & Superhopper however. likely their last MN gig.
