I love both the new albums, prob slightly prefer BLD but love His Kingly Cave and Modern Age on DW.
I love True Blue on the BLD. For a short little, ditty song, it really gets into your brain, its my favourite song on the album!

Agree'd, True Blue is one of those songs you can listen to over and over. :) Frank has this way with writing incredibly addictive short songs, i remember having the same thing going with Whatever happend to Pong. Still, i reckon 21 reasons is still my favourite song on the album.

I hate 21 Reasons. After 55 minutes of music, 21 Reasons is the last thing I wanna hear...along with Whispering Weeds. But, I love True Blue and Jet Black River. Pong is still one of my favorites as well. |

True Blue is a perfect little song.
I love 21 Reasons, but lately made the somewhat disturbing revelation that, at some level, I think of it as Frank's version of (Don MacLean's) American Pie. It starts out small and then takes off in the same sort of way, and it has that allegorical feel. Drove my Chevy to the levy (below a southbound bevy?) |

i think jet black river does it best, but true blue is still great of course. both songs change so much for being so short, thats the best part.

Jet Black River and True Blue are both short, sweet and incredible songs. And 21 Reasons... pretty good song, but one of the weakest on the album.
But hey, speaking of short and sweet, incredible songs, hows bout Bartholomew. Maybe my favorite on Devils (surprise, surprise). Am I the only one who appreciates this great song? |

Holy shit! Are you kidding me? Well, if that's the case then I guess that I was picking up on some intentional vibe they were putting out there. I would love to hear Frank talk about 21 Reasons. What a funny guy. Don MacLean best watch his back. |

21 Reasons is a classic if you ask me..... but I guess I ave heard it loads as I downloaded it off of Napster before DITS came out. Still one of the better songs on the album..... personally I love California Bound, and of course the best song off of both albums End of Miles. No-one seems to mention 'Are you headed my way.' Initially I didn't like the song but now I reckon its pretty good. Worst song on both albums is definately 'I will run after you,' which is Franks crappest song in my opinion (of which he has very very few crap songs), |

No way. That is one of the best sing-a-long songs Frank has written!
(Don't ask for any other sing-a-longs 'cause I can't think of any..)
