Hi, I found this old post of yours from the Pixies usenet group.

Do you know if the Pixies vinyl reissues are still going to happen?

Thanks!

they are - I think we have the masters back (after being held to ransom more or less by the manufacturers) but there's no definitive date - I was hoping this year, but its looking unlikely - it does keep getting brought up though, so hopefully soon.... I'll post here when I know they're going into production!

you're more likely to see a re-done Best Of when all the catalogue reverts back to 4ad next year, than a singles box... although all the singles are still available bar Debaser...

Jo is probaby referring to the store at the 4AD site.

I see the singles used all the time. They're constantly on ebay and usually sell for low prices now that the Complete B-Sides album has made them less sought after.

If you look hard enough anything can be found. I trawled through a ton of shops to find original vinyls and CD singles. I now have every single in one format or another. My finer finds are A Candle, Come On Pilgrim 12", Gigantic 12" and the 2 CD best of Box Set with gold splattered paint.
