I think because of this The Happening would be my choice.

so you wouldn't want to hear TWO REELERS on repeat, throughout eternity?

You can also note the imposter tried to fool us by copying the profile, but gave up on the links under the FrankusBIackus account, as of 01/06/03 4:21pm Eastern.
Dave, maybe this time you should administer the forum, and take down the IP of the imposter, and ban the IP and accounts. Also, cross reference the IP to another possible account they may have created in the past. Just a suggestion, as it is my opinion. |

I know who the imposter is, and they've been sent a note.
He didn't have the proper title either. =) |

I'm so bad with song names but if I could choose something to play in the coffin it would have to be Whiskey in your shoes. That song is Awesome, just awesome. "Nothing to do about it. First you grab. Then you lift it. Then you pour it down." Hey are we aloud to have alcohol with us? That would be super. I could put my favorite beverage in this bag and have a straw leading to my mouth. I think I would be able to cope with being buried alive if I was really drunk. My second choice would be Smoke up. That's Right. |

I love this song. Does that mean it would go on forever, or that you would omit the ending (the "And if I'm right/the Earth in flight/is not the problem" section). Just curious. |

No way! The instrumental ending is the best part of the song. I just wish there was a true ending. So the band would have to play, forever, till they came up with a good enough ending while at my funeral. Suffer, cause I'm not. Announcement is Scott Boutier's best work.
"And if I'm right / The urban blight is not the problem" This is from El Barto quoting Charles.

Oh, yay! When I was transcribing the lyrics for Barto, I thought it was "urban blight" and I listened to it over and over but finally discarded it for the more favored speculated lyrics on the tab web sites. Ha! Vindication! Thanks, Thomas. Relieved to hear you wouldn't hack off the ending. |

if i had to pick one song that the ending just repeated forever, as opposed to the whole song repeating, i'd either go with So Bay or No. 13 Baby..
both of those songs i wish they'd never end at the end..

San Antonio, TX for me, mostly because of the intro and also the bouncy chorus that I can't seem to get tired of.
I think the lyrics have a certain irony when listened to in a coffin . . .

San Antonio, TX really is an awesome song. I remember when I first heard at home, I was sitting with my friend and we were both pretty wasted. This song came on and I just freaked. It is awesome. Hey did anybody hear this new FB song on the last tour? I think it is called Nadine. |

IP is about as reliable as hair color in trying to ban someone. If a person's ISP uses DHCP their IP could be different every single time they logon. And that's even if the imposter/troll/bad person is NOT spoofing their IPs, which can also be done. If you ban a subnet or a host you could be screening out innocent people. The best you can do is delete accounts and then watch for the requesting subnet when new ones get created, as a sign of potential trouble. One or two untoward posts may slip in that way, but more than that probably would if you just banned an IP and assumed that would have done the trick.

hmmm...best song to hear while buried alive?
Definitely, "Man In A Box" by Alice In Chains
But if it had to be a Frank song then, "Chip Away Boy" which is exactly what I would at that moment become, as I tried desperately to claw and scrape my way through the damn coffin wood; fingernails splitting off, blood squirting painfully out, screaming in horrible agony...
But that's just me. |
