Am I the only one with a glitch in the first half of Subbacultcha (the sound drops and comes back a few milliseconds after) ?
The CD is clean and does not seem to have scratches on it.
It is not the european cooking vinyl one, but an import spinart release .
Please let me know if you did notice this scratch, or else I'll try to have my CD exchanged.

At about 2:02.
You have to listen with headphones or high volume if you want to catch it easily.

i don't recall that, but my copy skips a lot during a few songs (especially Rock A My Soul). It's not scratched or anything.. just defective. I'm thinking the record company(ies) behind it probably produced it as cheaply as possible. I already knew I was gonna get ripped off because the damn cd is so short.. but on top of that, it's messed up.  |

Well that blows. I haven't gotten the purple tapes yet. For only 18 minutes it seems ridiculous paying full price. Why not buy black letter days which is +60 minutes, for the same price. Oh wait i already got black letter days. Guess i'll have to buy the purple tapes someday.

I bought it in France, and it don't have any problem, not one subbacultcha, and anywhere else. but, i know those kind of problem, i got it on my surfer rosa album, in "hollyday song". at a moment, it get back a few seconds, like for you in the purple tape. someone else got this problem on "hollyday song"???

| My copy of Black Letter Days has a similar glitch.... at the beginning of JTQOL the sound alters a little then goes back to normal... its barely noticeable but if you listen to the song constantly on headphones then it becomes noticeable.... |
