has anyone heard anything about a possible release of a pixies boxed set that would include rarities and maybe videos? i think i read something about the videos being released on dvd but not too sure....

Yeah there has been talk for the last 6 months or so of a 4AD DVD of Videos, Interviews and Rarities... but no word since!
