I read what Frank said on the other thread about taping shows, but what about songs thats are unavailable? For example, I have the Hello Recording Club CD (TMBG is the other group I've been into for years!!!) - would it be cool to post somewhere on this site, or would we get in trouble. I don't mind sharing it on this website, but not if Frank would be pissed....

I don't think it'd be a good idea to upload the Hello Recording Club ep on this site. We all want to do fair trade, but anyone could come to frankblack.net, download the songs, burn them on CDR and sell them on ebay... Maybe I'm paranoiac though.

Ok - so what do you mean by 'trading'? Does that mean I send the CD to someone else for another CD (a physical trade) or that I swap songs with people (ala Napster or some other means)?
I don't want to sell or physically trade the CD, but I don't think it is really fair (although life is often not fair) that some people do not get a chance to hear the CD - because it is not widely available.
I won't neccesarily post the songs on this or any other website, but again, what about the FB fans that will never get to hear it?
