Famke Janssen (however it's spelled) as Onatop. Not necessarily my vote for sexiest Bond girl, but she actually created a character, and kicked all kinds of ass on screen. I think she seriously changed the rules for Bond girls--especially as a villain.
Straight sex-wise, I like the chick in Moonraker and the one in From Russia With Love.

I'm curious how the term 'chick' came about in terms of how it is applied to women?
Also, if you were a woman, would you appreciate being referred to as a 'chick'?

i don't ever think i've heard a girl get offended by the usage of "chick".. even when i was living in Berkeley, which is very.. you know.. there are a lot of girls there "playing for the other team" and such..
but you never know.
as for best Bond girl.. that's a tough one.
you can't go wrong with the o.g.:

The other night there was this documentary on AMC about Bond girls, and what's-her-bucket from floop's post above was on and my wife siad, "Her accent is thicker now than in Dr. No." Probably was obvious to everyone, but later on the show mentioned that someone else redid the audio for her part. Same with the chick (czick?) in From Russia With Love. I guess I have always made many concessions on behalf of the Bond flicks because they were so sloppy and goofy and piecemeal, so I never even paid attention to the "obvious" overdubs.

I like the Girl who is the Nowegian Oxford Prof in one of the recent Bond Films -the one with Michelle Yeo- then again I have a thing for Scandinavians. She is in the movie for a scene but she is remarkably beautiful.

Just watched the movie. Unfortunately I found Ms. Frost to be much more eye catching than Ms. Berry. Her acting skills need to improve. Best role I saw her in was her acceptance speech at the awards show. Very well acted. Give her 2 out of ten for her part in Bond. Sorry Baz.
