came across this article. says its just a rumour but thought it was worth posting. if they do play Lollapalooza then you could bet theyll probably be doing another more extensive north american tour.

I hope this is not true. I want to see the Pixies headline a show. Not a 20 minute spot on a festable where pretty much every other band is going to suck.

i totally agree. im a little dissapointed in the fact that i have to settle for seeing them at coachella rather than at one of the small venues. but like i said...if they do play Lollapallooza then there is hope they may do another north american tour and hopefully in small venues. i dont know if id go see them at lollapalooza. at least coachella has a couple of other good bands playing.
I betcha they'll be playing "civic centers" the second time around...this warm-up tour will be the last time you see them in small venues. Scheduled ones anyway.
