I would like to apologize to everyone on this forum for constantly having issues with a certain other member on this forum.
I am sorry that the amount of bickering has gotten in the way of the enjoyment of this site.
I am sorry, as Gypsy relayed to me, that I have been playing the victim when I at times find it not hard to dish it out. I wouldn't want to offend someone like her especially so that is the reason for this apology.
Dave does a great service by having this site and allowing all of us with our diverse tastes that are bound by our enjoyment of Frank Black/The Pixies come together to have a place on the web. Though I may not always agree with his rules, they are in fact, his rules and if I want to play in his sandbox, I have to honor and respect him for what he does.
So I take it all on myself. What a twat I was. (Is that an anagram?)
I bitched and moaned about this member and what I percieved were rude and disrespectful remarks. But really, who am I to judge.
I am not in 4th grade. I am not a victim. I forgot that I am an intelligent and mature person who just had to deal with my own perceptions of immaturity and rudeness and that when faced with that in the future, I simply need to maybe log out and go on.
So I am sorry for being such a distraction sometimes and hope that everyone else will look past that and we will all learn to "take a joke" together.
But most of all me.

hm. Nice sentiment. And yeah, happens to all of us...but I can not help feeling its a little sarcastic? maybe its just me.

Shows how much I pay attention on this forum. I wasn't aware of any problems, hadn't noticed anything mean.
I think a lot of you people wouldn't last a day on the Ween forum, with how sensitive you are. That place is brutal. That place totally desensitized me to people being assholes and bitches online, so there hasn't been any activity on this newsgroup that has been remotely close to medium cruelty on the Ween forum.

To which I replied:

Hey,I appreciate all that was said in response to my apology. I am glad you guys responded that way and it makes me feel even stupider for having to have done it at all.
Someone explained it to me in an email in a way that made me remember/realize that it IS just a message board. People "take the piss" out of eachother all the time and I shouldn't have been such a baby about it and reacted immaturely. Well said.
Dave, please let McMikey respond to me without locking him out. I am not mad at him anymore and I will respect where he's coming from and not turn into a whiny wench anymore.
I know that he'll still tease occasionally because that's what he does for fun so I won't get all huffy and puffy about it. And I might get a zinger or two in on somebody occasionally but I won't do it out of spite or with bad intent. Besides, if I don't get to excercise my rapier wit, it dissapears and all that's left is, well, a whining wench.
So, especially for You, McMikey, I apologize. I was wrong to try and get you kicked off. Wrong, wrong wrong.
And you don't look fat in those pants.
