Sure I'm not the first one to bring this up, but there are some musicians who have no use for guitar tabs. I'm collecting drum tabs for my Pixies site (and my own personal amateur drummer use). Have the following:
Monkey Gone to Heaven Where Is My Mind? I Bleed
If anyone else has more, let me know and I'll put them up ASAP.
Thanks!

I never understood drum tabs... I don't actually call myself a drummer, so maybe that's why. I can keep simple beats, but I don't think I'd have the patience to read drums tabs. I'd just rock out to what sounded good.
Good lucking finding drum tabs though. Hopefully some people here will help you out. But I have trouble getting people to tab one solo here! haha.

Yeah I never understood drum tabs either. My friend tried to explain them too me once but I was completely lost. I guess it's just like a non-guitarist trying to read guitar tabs though.

I think if there are any drummers, it would be really cool to add a time signature section to this site. Or we could just add the time signatures used to the guitar tabs.
You don't have to be a drummer to figure out time sigs, but if there are any classically trained drummers here... that might help in deciphering them.

That's what I do too, actually. Note for note transcriptions don't seem to make as much sense when it comes to rock drumming, really. Nonetheless, they helped me figure out what I was hearing when I first started. Think they're good for that. And for anyone that really wants to get into the music.

Thanks. Hope so too. And btw, the initial drum tabs are up if anyone's curious.

Like guitar tab, but with x's and o's where the numbers are. And oftentimes on fewer lines.
Here's the intro to I Bleed, for example:
H|----------------|--------------o-|xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx|xxxxxxxxxxxxxxo-| S|----------------|----------------|----o--o----o---|----o--o----o---| B|----------------|----------------|o-o-------o-----|o-o-------oo----|
H|xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx|xxxxxxxxxxxxxxo-|xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx|xxxxxxxxxxxxxxo-| S|----o--o----o---|----o--o----o---|----o--o----o---|----o--o----o---| B|o-o-------o-----|o-o-------o-----|o-o-------o-----|o-o-------oo----|
Taken from the Doolittle drum tab page, located here: http://www.arnoldjacksontheband.com/pixdoodtab.htm

Har de har.
Thanks for the direct link, Bryson, though I can't seem to find the drum tabs when browsing your site. I might write out a couple for fun and send them your way. |

No sweat, Chris. And that would be great if you have a minute to help. Sure many amateur kit-bangers would appreciate it.
BTW, the updated tab page, w/ guitar/bass/drum tab is here: http://www.arnoldjacksontheband.com/heypixies/pixtab.htm
As someone who works in E-commerce for a living, I can tell you that my very first web site has some usability issues. Sorry.

That's pretty fucking rad. Drum tabs, I mean. I just listened to "I Bleed" while looking at your drum tabs & they're pretty good. It's interesting to try and read drum tabs, just cause I've never seen them before.
