What does everyone think about the possibility of them playing the heavier noisier songs? Franks lack of screaming over the years leads me to believe that we aren't gonna get tame, something against you, planet, rock music. I would imagine the set will play like a best of.

i think they'll still pull out some nosier songs. well frank said at the DIY convention thing that they've got 30 songs down at present. i'm sure that'll include some of their set regulars that u've listed.
i do wonder if they'll do what the Pixies did and play the same set night after night, or mix it up like FB and the Breeders have been doing. guess it depends on how many songs they practice and how confident etc they are.

in the end the pixies mixed it up quite a bit, even if they did play the same songs from one night to the next the order would change drastically creating a different feel with the fast transistions..
For those who havent beent to a pixies gig, they dont talk, its rapid fire, 35 songs in 85 minutes.
Maybe they will go back to the 89 setlists (for those that never figured that out, they were alphabetical primarily)
